Yoga Classes at Fortis Fitness and YOGALUX
As a teacher you can really bring your ownpersonality to class, you can have a lot of fun.
There’s no set sequence or set things thatwe do, we just really get to bring the most that we can to the members.
Some of the benefits of Yoga are improvedsleep, flexibility, core strength, and overall mind-body connection.
When I first started I was really kind ofscared to do any any Yoga classes.
I didn’t know anything about Yoga.
So I started with a Gentle Flow, and everyonewas very accommodating.
Now three years later, I’m doing more headstands,handstands, and I feel like my core strength and and overall health has gotten better overthe three years.
Fortis Fitness & YOGALUX is different fromeverywhere else because you’re so much more than a fingerprint when you come here.
